What does Non-Diet Fitness Mean?

Untangling weight loss and exercise for women, is my absolute passion.

For a long time, the fitness industry has been synonymous with weight-loss, often presenting just one ideal body shape. 

If you don’t fit the mould, gym spaces and fitness classes can feel incredibly unwelcoming, inaccessible and stigmatising.

If we move for our health, for mobility, to feel strong in our bodies and comfortable in our own skin, exercise suddenly becomes sustainable. Something we actually want to do. This is Non Diet Fitness.

So, fitness industry, I call BS.
