You will be encouraged to come as you are, work with where you are in terms of your physical and mental health at this moment; and to develop a real respect for and connection to your body.

You CAN change your relationship with yourself, your body and how you move.

ALL bodies are welcome.  No previous PT or exercise experience needed.
