I invite you to come, exactly as you are, from the comfort of your own home, to roll out your mat and begin your Pilates practice with me.
These classes are perfect for absolute beginners or those new to exercise, as well as those recovering from injury or who just want to slow it down.
If you are a new mum, I’d highly recommend booking a 1:1 (or buddy up 1:2) with me before joining this class to assess your diastasis recti and start from the basics. Pilates will greatly assist with strengthening pelvic floor function and slowly reconnecting to the core.
These classes are also great for anyone who has practised Pilates in the past and feels they need a refresher. We will layer up the exercises each week so that you can see and feel your progression. You should notice a marked difference in your core strength within about 10- 12 weeks although everyone is unique. Many notice it after a couple of sessions and for some if may take several months.
Pilates is a practice. But WOW, is it worth your time!
