STRENGTH FOR SWIMMERS
Mon AM (45 MINUTES)

This will be a fun and effective class for swimmers who are currently unable to train and for sea swimmers or triathletes, looking to improve overall fitness, strength, technique AND to prevent injury.

Swimming alone is a difficult exercise by which to build muscle.

Because the effect of gravity is greatly reduced in the water, the contraction of the muscles is not as strong, so it is really important to build up the strength necessary to progress as a swimmer, on dryland;)

We will work on shoulder and hip stability AND mobility rotation through the hips, core and shoulders, and building lower body power.

NEW CLASS ALERT!
This is a donation based ZOOM class for runners (AND non-runners) which will be limited to 10 places.
Strength work for runners is a GREAT addition to your training as it offers you the chance to mix it up and optimise FULL body fitness, but also allows you to target specific muscles that are needed to progress your running but most importantly PREVENT injury♥️♥️♥️💪
This is also suitable for non-runners and will really help functional strength and core stability.
All ages & fitness levels very welcome

CORE ONLINE

From March 25th all classes will move to Zoom.

There will be a limit of 8 people per class and the classes will be accessible fun and will hopefully really foster a sense of community and connection.

Book online as usual and the link to the ‘meeting room’ will be sent to you before the session.

This is a slower paced class with Core Strength training built in. 

Suitable for ALL ages and fitness levels.  You will work hard, have a giggle and leave feeling energised and ready for whatever the world throws at you 🖤
