Back Catalogue of 15, 20 and 30 minute videos, Q&As, technique sessions and a new weekly 60 minute workout suitable for ALL levels and all bodies. Post natal, Pilates, Cardio, Strength, HIIT and sessions for every mood.


All of the above as well as exclusive access to all of my live classes including HIIT, CORE, STRENGTH, MAMA Strong, MAMA Fit, Love PILATES – mixed level (usually £10 per class!)
All classes have mods for all bods, including new mums who would like to join.
