Our Women’s Running Club- ATALANTA
This will be a 6 week programme, but you are welcome to drop in at any stage.
Whether you are a regular Park runner; haven’t run in years OR want to start, this is the club for you!
This is a slower paced class with Core Strength training built in. .
Suitable for ALL ages and fitness levels. You will work hard, have a giggle and leave feeling energised and ready for whatever the week throws at you 🖤
