Hello Fitness provides no-nonsense, and friendly classes and bespoke exercise programmes for women of all ages and fitness levels in Brighton & Hove.

As my Friday HIIT class has been by far my busiest class with consistent waiting lists, I have added ANOTHER HIIT class each Wednesday from 915AM Upstairs at Six.

These classes tend to fill up fast so get booking!

It’s All About Core Strength - #MondayMotivation

A fun, upbeat core fitness class focussed on core strength💖 WE mix it up each week sometimes doing rounds/ weights/kettlebells/ using bodyweight and getting the heart pumping. This is a high energy class to music but we have modification for each exercise so the class is suitable for ALL ages and fitness levels. We finish the session with a gentle cool down and full body stretch. Come along and see for yourself!

Retro Aerobics (Childfriendly)

An hour long class suitable for all ages and fitness levels that will get your heart rate up, energise you and train those muscles. A mixture of cardio, strength, ab work and an extended stretch at the end. General aerobics is great for… improving your posture, core stability, and coordination, while strengthening your heart. Aerobics has an addictive quality to it because you release serotonin, endorphins, and dopamine.  Come along and have a giggle and ‘let’s get physical’.

It's All About the HIIT part 1 - 45 mins

This is a fast paced HIIT training class with Core Strength training built in. Wednesday’s class will focus on lower body and core.

Suitable for ALL ages and fitness levels.  You will work hard but leave feeling energised and ready for the week ahead!

Retro Aerobics (£8 Drop-in)

This is a high energy class to music but we have modifications for each exercise so the class is suitable for ALL ages and fitness levels. We finish the session with a gentle cool down and full body stretch. Come along and see for yourself!
