Our Women’s Running Club- ATALANTA

This will be a 6 week programme, but you are welcome to drop in at any stage.

Whether you are a regular Park runner; haven’t run in years OR want to start, this is the club for you!

This is a slower paced class with Core Strength training built in. .

Suitable for ALL ages and fitness levels.  You will work hard, have a giggle and leave feeling energised and ready for whatever the week throws at you 🖤

STRENGTH

A sunrise core class which will really set up you up for the day ahead.
We will focus on building core strength, starting off with some high intensity intervals and then focusing on deeper core work and strength training. This will challenge you, energise you and leave you feeling strong and confident in what YOUR body can do. This is suitable for ALL women and ALL bodies.

This is a fast paced HIIT training class with Core Strength training built in. Suitable for ALL ages and fitness levels.  You will work hard but leave feeling energised and ready for the weekend ahead!  #FridayFeeling
