Summer Programme

I will be away from 12th -26th July after which, there will be a special outdoor summer programme.  I will be running 3 outdoor classes a week: Monday 615 club (Core Strength), Wednesday and Fridays 8am (HIIT classes) on Brunswick Lawns.  These will be suitable for all ages and fitness levels as well as for my postnatal ladies and you are very welcome to bring kiddies under 1 💖

Early Morning Outdoor Fitness Class with a difference. We will be doing a full body 45 minute interval based workout on Brunswick Lawns, which will be followed by an optional sea dip for all those who are want a bit of salted goodness to cool them off. ♡
This is your one-stop-shop for a full body and mind workout. You’ll be challenged during short bursts of high intensity activity designed to get your heart up whilst increasing muscle, stamina and cardiovascular health. Once you’ve brought the pace and your heart rate down you’re welcome to join us for a dip in the sea – an activity now known to boost immunity, health AND mental well-being.
Fantastic start to the week ahead and suitable for EVERY body.

Retro Aerobics (Childfriendly)

An hour long class suitable for all ages and fitness levels that will get your heart rate up, energise you and train those muscles. A mixture of cardio, strength, ab work and an extended stretch at the end. General aerobics is great for… improving your posture, core stability, and coordination, while strengthening your heart. Aerobics has an addictive quality to it because you release serotonin, endorphins, and dopamine.  Come along and have a giggle and ‘let’s get physical’.
