What to do, what to do…….

I love Winnie the Pooh.  My girls love Winnie the Pooh.  The idea that happiness can be found in the simplest of things, is just wonderful and has never been more profound.

We are living in a strange time of uncertainty and unease. Plans cannot be made and dreams of holidays booked long ago,  are gradually slipping away.  Worries for elderly relatives and those with underlying conditions, as well as confusion over the so called ‘herd immunity’ have set in. We’re not sure whether we should panic or actually just relax a little.

The one common theme throughout the whole period of the corona virus so far is that we are better together and that kindness is the answer.

From a fitness perspective, I feel very strongly that as a nation we need to keep our bodies moving to build up our own defences, but also for the benefit of our own mental health and to combat feelings of isolation.

If and when the time comes, I will offer free weekly online workouts as well as offering my normal weekly classes outdoors on Hove Lawns.  One to ones will be offered outdoors OR on Zoom so all of our bases are covered.

So, be kind to others around you AND to yourself and most importantly:
