These will be absolutely FREE with no strings attached? as I feel so strongly that this is a time where movement should be accessible to everyone.
I have always firmly believed that our physical and mental health are inextricably linked. Movement in any form helps to keep us physically healthy as well as improving our mental and emotional wellbeing. It gives us a chance to get out of our heads, boost our mood and change our energy.
The video below is a great workout to do with the whole family and I encourage you to give it a try, do what you can and listen to your body.
